Our Story
We specialise in technology for public engagement. We run a number of cloud services such as SkillsAduit - a tool for measuring workforce competency in communications and engagement.
This product was born out of a need for more robust option appraisal leading into public consultation - particularly after a number of failed judicial reviews due to flaws in this process.

A budding technologist, Fraser has over 10 years experience of designing digital dialogues in the public and private sector.
He is a practising associate for The Consultation Institute and has been working on government IT projects at the local, national and international level for over 10 years.
Fraser is the brains behind Optioneering - and chief programmer guru.

Philip is our web guru and technical director. From hypertext to hyper-local, Phil can crunch a website like no other human being. Phil is primarily a WordPress developer, having used the popular platform for 7 years.
In this time he has worked for many and varied clients including Incsub, operators of Edublogs, the largest WordPress network after WordPress.com. He has an online marketing background, having co-founded a successful search engine optimisation and pay-per-click marketing agency at the age of 18. It was there that Phil personally managed in excess of £1m in advertising spend through Google alone.

Bruce has a 2nd degree in Physics gained from Birmingham University. He is the kind of guy you need to support technology projects.
